FORG3D is operated by Alpha Pride Innovations LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FORG3D website and the placement of custom orders. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Who We Are
FORG3D is operated by Alpha Pride Innovations LLC, located in Port Charlotte, Florida. These terms apply to your use of the FORG3D website and to orders you place with us.
Using the Website and Placing Orders
You agree to use the website lawfully and to provide accurate, truthful information when placing an order, requesting a quote, or submitting a customization. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Product Images and Colors
Product images and colors are representative. Actual results may vary by display, material batch, lighting, and the specifics of your customized design. Minor differences in color, finish, or appearance are normal for custom manufactured products.
Your Responsibility for Accurate Information
You are responsible for reviewing and accurately providing the spelling, measurements, fitment information, vehicle, boat, or project details, customization selections, shipping address, and submitted files you provide. Errors you provide may be produced as submitted and are not FORG3D workmanship defects.
Your Right to Use Submitted Content
By submitting logos, artwork, trademarks, names, or photographs, you represent that you have the permission or rights needed to use them. You are responsible for the content you provide and for any claims arising from its use.
Design Proofs
Where a design proof is offered, the proof is final once you approve it. After approval, changes may be limited or may require additional charges. Review proofs carefully before approving.
Standardized Layouts Without a Proof
Some products follow standardized layouts and do not include a customer proof when the listing states that. In those cases, FORG3D prepares the product according to the listing and the information you submit.
Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Availability
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and availability are subject to change. Production estimates are provided to help you plan but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production and Delivery Estimates
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Factors outside our control, including material availability and carrier delays, may affect timing.
Work We May Decline
We reserve the right to decline work that is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, hateful, or technically unsuitable for our processes or materials.
Intellectual Property — Customer Content
Customer-supplied content remains the property of its owner. Submitting content to FORG3D for production does not transfer ownership of that content to FORG3D.
Intellectual Property — FORG3D
FORG3D retains ownership of its original templates, production methods, and design systems, except for content owned by the customer. Custom producing a one-off item for you does not transfer FORG3D's underlying methods or templates to you.
Installation and Use
Proper installation and use of the product are the customer's responsibility unless FORG3D performs the installation. FORG3D is not responsible for damage caused by installation, removal, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FORG3D's liability for any order or claim is reasonably limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
